Security

internet is not a secure medium. However we have put in place
various security procedures as set out in this policy.
The server that provides the services offered by JMP Design
runs on a Windows operating system which is continually monitored
and all available security maintenance is carried out as and
when required. The server is physically housed in a high security
premises. Access to the server is only provided to authorised
personal via security ID badges, which are monitored onsite
by video surveillance and 24 hour security personnel. Electronic
access to the server is restricted at IP level by a firewall.
All unnecessary TCP/IP ports are closed to public access except
those necessary for the operation of the website.
Sale of Business
If
this business is sold or integrated with another business
your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective
purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the
new owners.
Your Consent
By
submitting your information you consent to the use of that
information as set out in this policy. If we change our privacy
policy we will post the changes on this page, and may place
notices on other pages of the website. It is your responsibility
