The information we collect and how we use it

When you contact us you provide us with information including your name, firm, address, telephone number and email address. We ask for this information so we can contact you in response to your enquiry.

For ease of reference we will place information you provide us about your company in a database. This database will only contain information already in the public domain. If you do not want us place certain information on the database or wish us to update or remove any information already on the database please email.

We may also monitor website usage on a statistical basis to enable us to develop our site and the services we provide. These statistics may be passed onto external third parties but will not include any information that could be used to identify any individuals.

From time to time we or our agents may contact you by post or e-mail to ask you for your feedback and comments on our services.

We may use the information we collect from you to occasionally provide you with information about special features or changes to our website or of other services or products we think may be of interest to you. If you would rather not receive this information, please send an e-mail containing your details.

If any of the information that you have provided to JMP Design changes, for example if you change your e-mail address, name or payment details or if you wish to cancel your registration, please let us know the correct details by sending an e-mail.

Security

The internet is not a secure medium. However we have put in place various security procedures as set out in this policy.

The server that provides the services offered by Swift Formations runs on a Linux operating system which is continually monitored and all available security maintenance is carried out as and when required. The server is physically housed in a high security premises in Harbour Exchange, London. Access to the server is only provided to authorised personal via security ID badges, which are monitored onsite by video surveillance and 24 hour security personnel. Electronic access to the server is restricted at IP level by a firewall. All unnecessary TCP/IP ports are closed to public access except those necessary for the operation of the website and communications to Companies House.

The TCP/IP ports that are necessary for the operation of the system are 80 (HTTP), 443 (HTTPS), 21 (FTP), 110 (POP3), 143 (IMAP) and 25 (SMTP). Access to port 22 (SSH) is restricted to the IP addresses of the Leagrave office only.

Sale of Business

If this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners.

Your Consent

By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy. If we change our privacy policy we will post the changes on this page, and may place notices on other pages of the website. It is your responsibility to check this policy on a regular basis. We will also e-mail you should we make any changes to the information we gather or the processes we apply to it so that you may consent to our use of your information in that way.
