Where does JMP Design work?
The majority of our customers are in and around West and North Yorkshire, however due to the ever increasing ways of modern communication we are able to meet with client via internet meetings – so spreading our customer base is never an issue.

What are JMP Design’s payment terms?
The following payment terms are applied to all orders placed:
1st Payment 20% of total amount upon placing an order
2nd Payment 20% of total amount upon agreement of the look and feel of the design
3rd Payment 60% of total amount on completion and sign off of the project

I have a website already; can JMP Design host my website?
Yes, in most cases we are happy to host a website we haven’t worked on.

I have a website already but it needs some modifications, can JMP Design help?
Yes, we take each case and look how the website has been developed, if we feel we can work with the original coding we would be happy to take on the project.

I have a rough logo design; can JMP design transform this into a digital logo?
Yes, this is usually the way we would like to work. We would take the original design and work with colours, fonts and layout, creating options for the logo giving the customer a choice on how the final design will look.
